Account deletion

Delete your PhotoPilot account.

You can delete your account from inside the app. Deleting your PhotoPilot account does not cancel subscriptions billed by Google Play or Apple.

Delete in the app

  1. Open PhotoPilot.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Sign in if you are not already signed in.
  4. Open the account deletion screen.
  5. Read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your PhotoPilot account, cloud projects, generated versions, account credits, and account-linked PhotoPilot data, subject to retention needed for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational reasons.

What is not deleted

  • Photos you already saved to your device photo library.
  • Subscriptions or purchases controlled by Google Play or Apple.
  • Records we must retain for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

Cancel subscriptions separately

If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the store that bills it. On Android, manage subscriptions through Google Play. On iOS, manage subscriptions through Apple.
